Drive the adoption of Microsoft Copilot technologies across NEC Software Solutions. Lead the effort to integrate Copilot technologies into existing business workflows. Develop and deliver targeted guidance and training sessions for colleagues at all levels.

The Digital Support Manager will coordinate day-to-day operations and support services for assigned digital initiatives within the Department of Buildings (DOB). Reporting to the Director of Digital Support, this position helps implement process improvements, change management activities, and user support for key systems such as DOB NOW and related applications.

Responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions to ensure employees effectively utilize the IFS ERP system, focusing on hands-on instruction, troubleshooting, and user support to facilitate a smooth transition and maximize system adoption. Requires overnight travel during the week up to 50% of the time to various locations across 10 states. Conduct live training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching for employees across departments.
